About the Role
We’re seeking a Risk & Audit Coordinator to support our Risk & Audit function in a hands-on, entry-level capacity. This is a fantastic starting point and a dynamic role for someone looking to gain practical experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Based in our Parramatta office and reporting to the Risk & Audit Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping maintain registers, support audit processes, and coordinate key compliance activities across the business.
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Support the maintenance of Risk and Issue registers within Francom Governance Risk and Compliance platform
Track risk movements across the business via Key Risk Indicators
Collect and analyse data relevant to audits, risks, and operational issues
Assist with root cause analysis and tracking of non-conformances
Contribute to the drafting of audit plans and reports
Coordinate internal and external audits, including scheduling and documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of audit recommendations and corrective actions
Build a strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO31000

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the business
Confidence in presenting information and engaging with stakeholders
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
Awareness of ISO31000 or experience in risk frameworks
Previous experience in a coordination, liaison, or support role
Exposure to risk management, audit processes, or issue tracking
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
