This is a newly created position and you will be part of an integrated Audit and Operational Risk team. You will report directly to the Manager Audit & Risk, ultimately reporting to the GM Audit and Risk. This position offers a broad range of duties and you will job-share with a peer and be part of a medium size team.

In addition to your Audit or Assurance experience, this position will offer the successful candidate to utilise their passion for Data Analytics, as this team utilises advance DA Assurance techniques.

Some of your duties:
Examples of internal audits on the plan – procurement, maintenance, inventory management, purchase to pay, order to cash, contract management, BCP, fraud and then auditing the group functions (HR / Risk / Compliance / Acc & Fin / Payroll etc.).
Experience gained in OHS or ESG audits / assurance work will be valuable but not essential.
Risk tasks: Maintain the enterprise risk framework, refresh risk, re-evaluate their risks, update the CRM system.
Insurance: Liaise with the companies Insurance Broker, deal with underwriters and manage any claims, do sanity checks (the client will teach these duties).
Data Analytics – Utilise of Data Analytics / CAATS as part of the audit and assurance tasks (exp in either SQL / Alteryx / PowerBI / Tableau etc) – advantageous but not essential, however you will need to have a keen interest to enhance or grow your DA skills.
It will be advantageous if you have gained experience to a COSO framework, ISO31000, ISO27001, ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
