We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent Representative or Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction contracts for various land development and infrastructure projects, including earthwork, hydraulic services, roads, and utility construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction contracts.

Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety legislations

Implement quality assurance measures.

Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and address any issues.

Process progress claims and ensure timely payments.

Requirement:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years contract administration experience on civil works contracts including local land development experience.

Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety legislations

Proven experience in quality assurance and contract management.

Experience in administering contracts under AS 2124-1992 and/or GC 21

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Chartered Engineer and Registration under the ACT Professional Engineer Registration desirable.
