Zweck is an internal Group Services division that partners with Aizer Group and Xelon Technologies. We are recruiting an enthusiastic Roofing Supervisor for our partner Roof Ninjas.

Roof Ninjas are the Masters of all forms of Metal Roofing. With over 15 years experience in the industry, we have a team of licensed tradespeople who are highly trained, professional and always working to strict safety standards to take care of your roofing and guttering needs. Whether it be a small leak or a brand new Colorbond steel roof, Roof Ninjas has our clients covered.

We are looking to recruit a Roofing Supervisor to join our team based at Burleigh Heads.

About the Role

Reporting into the General Manager, you will provide oversight and direction to ensure the successful delivery of metal roofing rectification and repair projects for our clients and our business, whilst ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

This role entails managing multiple roofing crews (Internal and External), ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects within scope, timeframes, and budgets according to client and Roof Ninjas' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise internal crews and subcontractors across all project stages, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Manage project setup and delivery, including handovers, RFIs, variations, procurement, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and site leads to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

Monitor and report on project progress, reduce rework, address defects, and maintain strong client relationships.

Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, including risk assessments and incident management.

About You

You will have an energetic, people focused and process driven approach with the proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and deliver successful outcomes. You will thrive in and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced and multi-project environment.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

4–5 years’ experience in delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong technical and plan-reading skills.

Trade qualified with relevant QBCC licences (desired but not essential)

White Card, and a safety-first mindset.

Skilled in problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and offering cost-effective project solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to fast-paced, multi-project environments.
