Bluefin Resources is partnering with one of Australia's leading Insurers who are on a mission to deliver customer first solutions to market. Due to an increase in renewals, engagement and projects they are looking for 4 Senior Marketing Specialists to support their growing Consumer one to one Marketing team. These fixed term contract roles offer a fantastic opportunity to work in a data-driven marketing environment, delivering end-to-end campaign management for lifecycle communications to a large customer base.

About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing BTL marketing campaigns (mainly email & SMS) focused on renewal and engagement communications. This is a hands-on campaign execution role, you’ll be responsible for shaping targeted approaches and optimising performance and campaign metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email and SMS.
• Manage campaign planning, briefing, execution, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including data analysts and creative agencies, to deliver best-in-class communications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Utilise customer insights and analytics to enhance targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through test-and-learn methodologies to optimise campaign effectiveness.

About You

• Strong experience in one-to-one marketing campaign execution, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign development, including agency briefings, data analysis, and stakeholder approvals.
• Commercially minded with a keen focus on driving customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, navigate complex environments, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
