Description

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units or regions
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, including profitability, pricing, margin, and variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and refine financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to commercial and operational teams, providing insight that drives decision-making and supports strategic initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of board-level presentations and reporting for senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and systems and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards

Profile

• Degree in accounting with CA/CPA qualification
• Proven experience in a senior commercial finance role
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities and experience with financial modelling
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing is a strong advantage
