About the Role

As the Administration Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily administrative functions at the site, ensuring compliance with Cater Care and client policies. You’ll supervise administrative processes, support front desk operations, and help maintain our high standards of safety and quality. This is a 2 weeks on 1 week off position. Meals,uniforms and accommodation are provided .

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the administrative function on-site.

Ensure all paperwork and reporting is accurate and submitted within set timeframes.

Oversee front desk operations, including customer check-ins/outs in line with company procedures.

Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) protocols.

Ensure adherence to site routines and administrative policies.

Actively participate in SHE meetings and complete relevant documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.

Studies in accounting or administration (desirable).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Flexible and reliable with strong problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to Cater Care’s Quality and Safety Management System.
