East to West Plant Services are seeking a full time permanent Contract Administrator, based in Sydney NSW.

The job role includes:

Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to current contracts and projects.

Developing contract proposals to support the goals of the organization.

Clarify contract processes, conditions and details with management, business partners and employees.

Investigating and Resolving any queries regarding contracts, programs, projects, services provided by the company.

Managing paperwork associated with contracts, projects and services, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

Working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering team, operations team and directors to ensure the company business goals are being achieved.

Advising senior management on details requiring attention regarding contract development, and negotiations regarding terms and conditions , draft revise making changes as required.

overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders

Preparing, reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organization's activities, and evaluate as needed.

collecting and reviewing all data related to various projects being undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes to senior management.

Skill and Qualifications:

Diploma level qualification is required

Minimum of 2 years experience in the role

Excellent communication , negotiation and problem solving.
