Partner Business Manager – Global Tech Leader
Contract: 12 Months
Location: North Sydney
Hybrid role - 2 days on site required

Our client, a global technology innovator, is seeking a Junior Partner Business Manager to join their dynamic team. About the Role:
As a Junior Partner Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of device and cloud solutions through a broad partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with key global device partners, building strong relationships, supporting business planning, and helping to deliver on sales and business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in technology sales, account management, or partner management.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner decision-makers.
Support business planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Present business updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Prepare content and agendas for senior leadership reviews.
Translate complex concepts into simple, actionable insights for partners.
Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs and support their growth.
About You:
3+ years’ experience in sales, channel sales, business development, or account management (or a relevant degree with some experience).
Strong communication skills – you’re comfortable picking up the phone, meeting new people, and presenting to groups.
Proactive, eager to learn, and take responsibility for your own development.
Confident with numbers and able to present data clearly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to view and interpret Power BI reports.
Able to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively.
Professional, humble, and willing to admit when you don’t know something – but always keen to learn.
Passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers and partners.
Must be an Australian Citizen
