Ewastec Pty Ltd is a growing Australian owned, busy E-waste recycling company based in Seaford Vic. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our busy team.

The Site Supervisor role offers the opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the smooth running of a fast-paced business. The successful candidate will be working within a friendly team environment 38 hrs per week Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

Implement company business plans for processing and sales as directed

Create and implement site yard and traffice management plan to maximise efficiency and safety of material holding and movement.

Work closely with our Carrum Downs Site Supervisor to meet company volume / cage requirements.

Give direction to staff to ensure expectations of roles are met and staff are held accountable.

Ensure all processing targets are met in accordance with the business plan.

Ensure all receiving and sales materials are sorted and weighed accurately to minimise business losses.

Continually train and assist all staff to meet their individual targets.

Maintain safe work practices at all times and in accordance with SOPS and company policies and procedures.

Maintain all reporting and maintenance schedules in accordance with IMS.

To be successful you are required to have

A can do attitude

Physically capable to manually handle heavy materials

Proven track record in adhering to OHS requirements

Team first approach

Current car license not essential but will be viewed favorably

Forklift license

The successful candidate will be required to undergo general medical assessment and a drug/alcohol screening as organized by Ewastec prior to commencing
