Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to staff identified in complex case management categories.
• Offer high-level advice on injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes.
• Ensure affected staff have regular contact with the P&C team, an assistance plan, and tailored wellbeing support.
• Contribute to broader HR and wellbeing programs and initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across Government to manage compensable and non-compensable cases.
• Deliver training and capability-building activities in wellbeing competencies.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in early intervention, rehabilitation, and/or case management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and workplace policies.
• Expert knowledge of worker’s compensation frameworks and case management practices.
• Demonstrated commitment to public service values and inclusive workplace culture.

Desirable:

• Certificate IV in Rehabilitation and Case Management or a degree in counselling, psychology, or social work.
