This is a full-time, ongoing position that offers the unique opportunity to contribute to significant organisational change. While based at one of our campuses, you'll also have a requirement for presence at our beautiful Hawkesbury campus. About You
You’re not just a numbers person; you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for people. You thrive in complex, evolving environments, and you’re excited by the challenge of working in a greenfield environment, where your insights and expertise can make a real difference.
You bring extensive experience from a large, multifaceted organisation, and you have a proven track record of using workforce planning tools and HRIS systems to drive strategic outcomes. You’re a master at analysing complex data, identifying trends, and creating accurate forecasts. You understand the nuances of financial modelling and can align workforce strategies with budgetary parameters.
You’re also a natural communicator, able to present complex information in a clear and compelling way, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You're ready to be part of a team that is driving significant transformation and building something incredible.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $138,029 to $153,227 p.a. (comprising Salary of $116,636 to $129,479 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
