Entertainment Park are looking for an experienced Chef for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Milperra, NSW.

The Chef will be responsible for the following duties:

Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards

Follow recipes accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency in taste and portion sizes

Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all sanitation and food safety guidelines

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as necessary

Preparation of weekly rostering for other kitchen members

Order of supplies and fresh produce from supplier list

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Exhibit a positive attitude and teamwork mindset, supporting fellow team members

Contribute to a positive work environment, fostering a strong sense of community and camaraderie

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Diploma in Hospitality

At least 1 year of experience as a Chef, with proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment or a relevant role.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper handling procedures

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail and accuracy in executing recipes

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a shift-based schedule

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and a passion for creating delicious and memorable dining experiences
