Pearl + Co is looking for a new manager.

Located on the Hobart waterfront, Pearl + Co is a fabulous multi award-winning bar and restaurant.

We are looking for a manager who can work with our current Senior Management team within the restaurant to drive this vision, uphold our standards, and ensure every guest is welcomed to enjoy a beautiful experience at Pearl + Co.

As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Bar and Waitstaff during your shifts, and managing all daily aspects of FOH operations.

Every day is different but the key aspects of the role include:

Having an eye for detail across all aspects of service.

Upholding our exceptional standards while maintaining efficient operations and smooth service flow.

Reacting quickly and professionally to any challenges during service.

Managing staffing levels and labour cost while on shift.

Performing all required operational duties including stock management, pre and post service briefings, opening and closing the venue, financial reporting and overseeing compliance in all areas of accountability

Minimum 2 years management/supervisory experience in a Bar/Restaurant is essential.

Bar/Cocktail experience is advantageous.
