We are seeking a Full Time Breakfast Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and our hard working kitchen team, to continue improving our already high standard of food and presentation.

The ideal candidate will need a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-faceted environment and possess the following skills:

Trade qualifications in certificate 3 (commercial cookery)

Meticulous attention to detail

A professional attitude and a passion for food

Be a clear communicator, reliable & enthusiastic

Relevant a la carte experience in a busy breakfast operation

Must be available over a 7 day roster
