Woods & Co has partnered with a growing, modern, and high-end law firm that’s expanding its national footprint—this time looking for a passionate Conveyancer to join their team in Bondi Junction.

With a thriving presence in Sydney and newly established offices in Melbourne and Adelaide, this role will see you take charge of end-to-end residential conveyancing matters, with potential exposure to property transactions across Australia. What you’ll be doing:
- Manage residential property sales from start to finish across NSW (and potentially nationally)
- Prepare and review contracts, vendor statements, and other key documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and solicitors throughout the conveyancing process
- Coordinate settlements and ensure smooth, compliant transactions
- Communicate clearly and regularly with clients to provide guidance and updates
- Leverage existing referrer relationships or build new ones to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with NSW and national conveyancing legislation and standards
- Work independently while being part of a national, supportive team
What you’ll need:
- 2 years + proven experience in residential conveyancing, with strong knowledge of NSW property law
- Ability to manage full transactions independently from contract to settlement
- Exposure to interstate transactions highly regarded, or a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and client management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple matters under pressure
- Proficiency in conveyancing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Conveyancing licence not essential, but significant experience is required
