About the Role:

As a BDC, you’ll be responsible for building and servicing new partnerships while closing sales deals.

50% Partner Development – Research, establish, and service new partners (real estate, storage facilities, building/property managers, stylists, and more).

50% Sales Conversions – Engage leads, convert them into bookings, and drive revenue.

Tiered Salary Structure – Progress through structured salary tiers based on KPI performance, with the opportunity to increase your base salary over time

Commission Paid Every 4 Weeks – Earn additional commission bonuses on top of your base wage.

Strong CRM & Lead Support – Full training provided, using Zoho CRM to manage and track performance.
