Experienced Chef

The Norman Hotel, one of Brisbane’s Premium Steak Restaurants located in Woolloongabba, is looking for a superstar to join its kitchen team.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills and thrives working in a busy kitchen. A calm working demeanour is essential, as well as working within a team environment.

Required experience for the position:

A minimum of 1 years of experience as line chef/cook and you must have completed either "Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery" or “Certificate 4 Cookery”.

Provide high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment with a passion for cooking and delivering excellent quality foods.

Professional and always well-presented with a team attitude and work ethic.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards.
