Who We Are:
At Bright Connect, we provide affordable, sustainable, and smarter utilities to people who live and work in strata complexes across WA. We retail energy, centralised hot water, and provide broadband, electric vehicle charging, and other tech solutions to residential apartments and commercial buildings.
To achieve this, we work closely with property developers and strata managers to enable their buildings to access our solutions. We also partner with solar providers, electric vehicle charging tech providers, commercial builders, and other industry experts to deliver integrated solutions for modern living and working spaces.

What You’ll Do:
Your core responsibilities will focus on customer support, billing, and operations, but there’s plenty of room to grow. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to system improvements and projects, especially around automation and streamlining processes.
We’re always looking to improve the way we work—so if you see an opportunity to automate a process or leverage tools to save time and enhance customer experience, we’re all for it. You’ll be encouraged to work smarter, not harder.
You’ll also support and guide a fellow team member who manages routine customer service tasks, helping ensure our customers receive a smooth and consistent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and resolve billing issues
· Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent support
· Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debt collection
· Follow up on unregistered units and support account setup
· Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting new developments
· Provide general operational support as needed
· Support system testing and help improve internal processes
· Identify opportunities for automation to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency

Salary:
$65,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on skills and experience.
We're committed to fair, competitive pay and are open to negotiating within this range based on what you bring to the role.
