WOW Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest from experienced, dynamic, and organised individuals looking for their next temporary assignment in the Sydney market.

We’re currently working with a range of clients across Construction, Medical, Transport, Logistics, Finance and Fintech, and are looking for business support professionals who are ready to hit the ground running in short or long-term temp and contract roles — both full-time and part-time.

  • Receptionist / Office Administrator / Office Assistant
  • Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
  • Finance Administrator / Assistant
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer
  • Payroll Officer / Payroll Assistant
  • Call Centre Operator / Customer Service Officer
  • Appointment Setter
  • Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator

What Do You Bring?

  • 2+ years’ experience in business support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and systems like Xero, MYOB, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Previous temping experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in fast-paced environments
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

What you could be doing?

  • Managing reception and front office duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
  • Calendar, travel, and inbox management for stakeholders at every level
  • Data entry, CRM and database management, and document formatting
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payroll
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and office supplies
  • Assisting with customer service or call centre operations
  • Outbound lead qualification and appointment setting
