We are currently seeking candidates with experience in inbound and outbound contact centres, fundraising, sales and basic phone-based IT system support. A background in customer service in the healthcare, non-profit, government, financial services and/or education sector is highly regarded.

Locations:

Our opportunities span across Sydney, covering the CBD, North Sydney, Western Sydney, Macquarie Park/Ryde, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.

Key Requirements:

• A strong background in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced contact centre answering high volume inbound or outbound calls
• A proven track record of hitting KPIs, effectively resolving complaints and addressing a broad range of queries
• Tech proficiency and capability in providing clear guidance to customers regarding basic IT queries such as accessing systems, navigating resources online and using multi-factor authentication/security processes
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to accurately interpret a broad range of complex information and policies and relay these details clearly to customers
• Resilience and calmness while working in a very busy call centre environment, with a professional and helpful phone manner
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and team dynamics
