We’re seeking a motivated individual with a background in property/building management or body corporate who’s passionate about client service and organisation and eager to develop their skills in body corporate operations.

What You’ll Be Doing (Monday to Friday):
- Liaising with committees and owners, supporting Body Corporate Managers
- Answering and directing incoming calls professionally
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, letters, contracts, and notices
- Organising mail, disclosure statements, and certificates
- Assisting with Body Corporate meetings and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards
About You:
- 12+ months' experience in a real estate role (Property Management/Building Management preferred)
- No Certificate of Registration required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong interest in developing a career in the Body Corporate/Strata space
