About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised RTO Administrator to join our team at KARBEN Training Solutions in Wyong, NSW.
Offering a 4 or 5-day work week, the suitable candidate will be responsible for providing key administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
What you'll be doing
Maintaining comprehensive student records and managing all student data in our student management system
Coordinating training sessions a our Wyong Training Centre
Processing student enrolments, withdrawals, and deferrals promptly
Scheduling and coordinating student training sessions and assessments
Preparing and issuing student certificates and statements of attainment
Assisting with the preparation of training and assessment resources
Providing exceptional customer service to students and other stakeholders
Supporting the RTO compliance and audit processes
Performing other general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with students and stakeholders
Proficient in the use of student management systems and the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of RTO compliance requirements and familiarity with the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
Student Management Experience (VETTrak or similar)
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
