Qualifications & Attributes:

Strong communication skills.

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Ability to manage young children with care and empathy.

Current Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training (or willingness to obtain).

Protecting Children Mandatory Reporting Training (or willingness to undergo).

Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Police Check.

Passion for childcare and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Provide care and education to children, supervising various activities.

Design, implement, and enhance daily activities.

Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate effectively with families and children.

Foster trust, compassion, and strong relationships with children.
