Skills and qualifications required:

Childcare Diploma or Cert3 qualified essential

Previous centre experience essential

Up to date First Aid Cert essential

Working with Children Check essential

Reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity are essential

Great relationship and communication skills

Enthusiastic

Your responsibilities:

Care for and guide children through educating and daily activities

Ensure compliance to early childhood regulations

Manage parent communications at drop off and pick-up

Be part of a sense of connectedness between families, staff, and the community

Comply with Child Safe Standards and comply with the Early Years Framework

Be part of child / educator ratio
