About the Role

This is a senior-level, client-facing role for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll manage end-to-end sourcing and acquisition, guide clients through their purchase journey, and contribute to mentoring junior team members as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead property sourcing and acquisition for clients

Conduct detailed due diligence and research

Present recommendations to clients

Build and maintain strong real estate agent networks

Liaise with a number of stakeholders including but not limited to real estate agents, conveyancers, building and pest inspectors, and mortgage brokers

Use RP Data, CoreLogic, and internal systems to identify value

Help train or guide junior team members when needed

Support broader business development activities

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a similar property role

Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence

Prior property investment experience (personal or professional)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience presenting to and managing clients

Ability to work autonomously and drive client outcomes

Familiarity with RP Data, CoreLogic, and CRM tools

Interest in building a long-term career within an award-winning team

Must be based in Sydney and able to work from our North Sydney office
