About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join a NSW Government department in Sydney CBD on a 3 month contract!

About the Role

  • Preparing engagement paperwork and contracts – keen eye for detail is essential
  • Meeting coordination and minute taking for both internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Processing invoices, teacher relief, time sheets
  • Booking flights and accommodation
  • Managing a high volume of external correspondence from shared mailboxes

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working in Admin
  • Experience collating survey data/using survey platforms (advantageous)
  • Ability to manage competing tasks with high attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Intermediate computer skills
