Role Purpose:
To drive participant engagement and service growth by effectively coordinating referrals, building strong networks, and promoting Olesuke’s high-quality support services to NDIS participants and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Referral Growth:
Identify and secure new referral opportunities for NDIS participants through proactive relationship building with key stakeholders, including support coordinators, local area coordinators, and community agencies.
Leverage industry networks and partnerships to increase participant intake and expand Olesuke’s footprint in the NDIS market.
Develop and implement referral strategies to meet quarterly growth targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting Olesuke’s values and strengths.
Use a client-centered approach to understand individual needs and tailor support options accordingly.
Market Engagement:
Actively engage with NDIA regional contacts, local health services, and community networks to position Olesuke as a leading provider of NDIS support services.
Attend industry events, expos, and community gatherings to raise awareness about Olesuke’s offerings.
Pathway Facilitation and Service Promotion:
Promote and facilitate effective referral pathways that align with participant goals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Educate clients on Olesuke’s diverse support options, including recovery plans, complex care, and mental health services.
Data-Driven Growth:
Monitor referral trends, participant feedback, and market insights to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Report on referral conversion rates, client retention, and growth metrics.
Brand Representation:
Ensure all communications reflect the professional image and high standards of Olesuke.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS key terms, processes, and funding options to effectively support participant decision-making.
Performance and Accountability:
Meet or exceed referral targets, KPI benchmarks, and quarterly sales goals.
Regularly review performance outcomes to optimize service delivery and participant satisfaction.
