What this position requires of you is:

Availability of 38 hours per week

Exceptional customer service skills and advanced communication abilities

Familiarity with scheduling and rostering processes will be highly regarded

High level of accuracy in data entry

Ability to work independently within a team environment as part of a shared services team

Excellent administrative, organisational, and financial skills

Demonstrated experience with IT systems

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential matters
