Pitcher Partners Sydney is a Professional Chartered Accounting firm located in the heart of the CBD. We are leading network of independent firms, working together to enable growth and ambition for our clients and our people. We are currently seeking a seasoned PA to provide first class support to two Partners.
The Role:
Key to this position will be your ability to provide a high level of executive, administrative and confidential secretarial support to the Partners.
Your core duties will include:
Proactive management of calendar, and scheduling appointments in line with Partners requirements
Effective email and phone screening
Preparation of business correspondence
Developing a broad awareness of the business of the Partners and building familiarity and relationships with their clients
Attending scheduled meetings as required and recording minutes, distributing them in a timely manner and highlighting any action required
Database / System Management-Client Engagement/ Administrative support
Billing, provisions and expense reconciliation
Extensive report formatting & typing
Presentation & tender preparation
Conducting research undertaking specific projects as required to support the team
What we are looking for:

Administration/ PA experience ideally gained within a Chartered Accounting Firm supporting Partners/Directors
An efficient, positive Administrator/PA who has a passion for administration and thrives on providing exceptional support and has a commitment to delivering quality service.
A resilient personality and the professional savvy to be always one step ahead of the Partners.
Solid MS Office skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding business acumen and a superior sense of ownership and “Can-do-attitude”
Capacity to work flexible hours to meet the changing demands of the Partners.
The maturity to manage the individual mandates of the Partners.
