A leading hydraulic hose and fittings service company is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead operations in Roma and Chinchilla, QLD.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the branch teams and drive commercial targets
• Manage stock, streamline operations, and maintain high service standards
• Build long-term customer relationships across the Surat Basin territory
• Implement business improvement initiatives and best operational practices
•Report directly to the Business Manager and contribute to wider business plan

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and operational management experience (technical or mechanical sector preferred)
• - Proven ability to manage P&L, team performance, and customer outcomes
• - Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style
• - Outstanding communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
• - Willingness and ability to relocate to Roma, QLD — this is essential
