About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Gympie office of Superior Home Health Services, a leading provider of in-home healthcare services. As the Branch Manager, Ieporting to the Managing Director and supported by the corporate team. you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care. This is a full-time position based in Gympie, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of healthcare professionals

Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, aged care, DVA, and NDIS regulations and quality standards

Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's client base and revenue

Foster a positive, client-centric culture and promote teamwork among staff

Collaborate with other regional and corporate teams to align the branch's operations with the company's overall goals

Regularly review and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry (Community or Residential Aged Care preferred)

Strong understanding of Community Aged Care regulations, compliance, and quality standards

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellent client outcomes

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, or a related field
