TEMP REAL ESTATE SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR

Join a fast-paced, multi-award-winning boutique agency in Sydney’s Inner West and put your real estate admin and marketing skills to work in a dynamic and supportive environment!

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Admin Coordinator to jump into this 3-week temp role and hit the ground running. You’ll be supporting a busy team of high-performing agents with all things sales admin, campaign coordination and client management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating and managing sales and marketing campaigns from start to finish
  
  
• Uploading listings, launching properties across web portals, managing deadlines
  
  
• Creating brochures, signboards, proposals and all sales collateral
  
  
• Supporting agents with compliance, CRM updates (AgentBox), contracts and exchanges
  
  
• Liaising with solicitors, processing invoices, tracking deposits and issuing CTIs
  
  
• Handling client gifting, database management and assisting with social media
  
  
• Jumping into team meetings and helping keep the wheels turning smoothly!
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Certificate of Registration – must have
  
  
• Strong experience in real estate sales admin/marketing
  
  
• Tech-savvy – confident using AgentBox, CampaignTrack, RealTime Agent, Canva etc.
  
  
• Great energy, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  
  
• Strong communication, time management, and follow-up skills
  
  
• A proactive mindset and positive, can-do attitude
