We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

• Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all our customers
• Be professional in appearance and have a “customer first” attitude
• Have a genuine interest in the car and 4WD industry
• Have a strong willingness to learn and ability to follow processes & procedures
• Efficient time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Has strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and organisational skills
• Be enthusiastic, passionate and motivated
• Have excellent attention to detail
• A team player with great communication skills
• Have good computer skills

Key duties include:

• Sales of 4WD and car accessories and parts
• Servicing customers
• Manage servicing and repair bookings
• Answer the phones and respond to emails
• Manage stock, stock ordering and keep it in an organised state at all times
• Maintain the retail and showroom to a high standard, including arranging stock and cleaning
• Communication with the workshop

We are looking for someone with a “half-glass full” attitude who is focused on solutions rather than excuses. The successful applicant will need to possess a strong work ethic, is always punctual and committed to the role.
