Due to an internal restructure an opportunity is available for you to join the Alan Mance Motors Footscray. Due to Unprecedented growth and the ongoing popularity, we are looking to add another experienced accessory fitter to our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated New Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of accessories on new vehicles, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities will include:

Fitting accessories to customer vehicles prior to delivery.

Assisting with daily operational tasks.

Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.

Conduct final quality checks on fitted accessories and test their functionality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assisting workshop staff and managers with regular duties.

Carry out pre-delivery vehicle inspections.

Fitment of both genuine and aftermarket accessories varying across brands.

Fitting a variety of accessories that will include, bull bars, tow bars, suspension upgrades, snorkels, cargo barriers, racks and platforms, as well as various electrical accessories

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Prior experience in vehicle accessory fitting or automotive mechanical work highly preferred.

You will be an enthusiastic, effective and efficient in your abilities.

The ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously.

Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Current driver's license.

The willingness and commitment to learn.

Good eye for attention to detail.
