Bondi Boulangerie is a vibrant French bakery in the heart of Bondi Beach, known for artisan pastries, quality coffee, and fast-paced, friendly service. We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Bakery/Barista All-Rounder to join our weekday team.
About the Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee consistently
Assist with opening the shop and daily setup
Provide warm, efficient customer service
Restock, maintain and clean the front display and counter
Support the team with general FOH duties (POS, packing orders, prepping toasties, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
Barista experience in a fast-paced café or bakery
Confident with dialling in, milk texturing, and handling peak-hour rush
Friendly and professional with customers
Able to multitask, stay organised, and work independently
Team player with a positive attitude
Food safety awareness is a bonus
