What You’ll Be Doing

Attend pre-qualified on-site appointments (hot and warm leads provided).

Present tailored solar proposals using our streamlined digital platform.

Confidently explain system features, warranties, and savings potential.

Drive to close the deal on-site, with full support from your Sales Manager.

Follow up consistently using our proven 3-touch method.

Manage your pipeline through our CRM — notes, uploads, tasks, and communication.

Finalise all post-sale documentation and handover to operations smoothly.

What we're looking For:

Proven experience in in-home or face-to-face sales (solar a plus, not required).

Self-motivated, confident communicator, and results-focused closer.

Tech-savvy – able to navigate digital tools, proposals, and CRMs.

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Comfortable working autonomously and owning your performance.
