About the role

What you'll be doing

Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and recommend customised solar solutions

Explain the benefits of solar energy and demonstrate the cost-saving and environmental advantages of our products

Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for customers, negotiating terms and closing sales

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate new leads through networking and outreach

Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technology and industry developments to provide expert advice

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and strategies

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales within the renewable energy sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and persuade customers

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think creatively to overcome objections

Familiarity with solar technology and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers

Motivated self-starter with a passion for sustainable energy solutions
