Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar and Batteries Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based position where you will be responsible for setting up appointments with potential clients, presenting our solar and battery solutions, and converting leads into sales. Leads will be provided to you, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Utilize provided leads to initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with interested prospects to discuss their energy needs and present tailored solar and battery solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Conduct effective sales presentations that highlight the benefits of solar energy and battery storage systems, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the solar energy sector to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Reporting: Track your sales activities, appointments set, and conversions in our CRM system for performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, experience in renewable energy is a must!
• Drivers License and reliable transportation is required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
• Familiarity with solar industry and have the ability to convert our warm inbound leads.

Compensation
This position operates on a commission-only basis. Your earnings will be directly tied to your performance in converting leads into sales. High performers can expect significant income potential based on successful sales conversions.
