About the role

Our client is seeking workers in Quality Control for positions based in a Warehouse at Bassendean, WA.

What you will be doing

Goods Inwards and outward inspections, approving incoming and outward materials by confirming specifications.

Conducting visual, dimensional inspections and other non-destructive test work.

Rejecting, recording and returning non-conforming products.

Basic non-conformance analysis, root causes of issues and areas of improvement for corrective action.

Perform basic in-process calibration.

Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.

Follow the inspection test plan (ITP's), work instructions and procedures.

Reviewing and documenting re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database

Creating and maintaining testing procedures and documentation to ensure consistent quality evaluation.

Suggesting and implementing changes to production processes to enhance quality and minimise errors.

Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company quality standards.

Working with different departments such as engineering, manufacturing and customer service to address quality concerns.

What you will need

Prior Trades Assistant experience would be beneficial

Current Forklift Licence & experience operating

White Card

Australian Driver's Licence preferred but not essential

Right to Work in Australia

Ability to undergo a Pre Employment D&A Check
