The Opportunity
We are growing and looking for a talented Study Director to join our Immunobiology team in Adelaide. This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative studies across immunoassay and immunobiology platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Study Director, you’ll play a key role in the scientific and operational success of our regulated studies. You will:

Lead and manage bioanalytical studies from planning to reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific integrity

Liaise directly with clients, CROs, and internal teams to keep projects on track and timelines met

Troubleshoot complex scientific challenges in collaboration with R&D, operations, and QA

Guide the smooth transfer of validated methods and maintain key study documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency

About You
We're looking for someone with:

A degree in life sciences or related field

3+ years of experience in regulated bioanalysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment

Proven experience performing Study Director functions

Strong communication skills, with confidence in discussing complex scientific matters with clients

Experience with flow cytometry, cell-based assays, and method validations

Familiarity with LIMS systems, ideally Watson (desirable)

A team-focused mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
