We’re seeking an experienced, innovative, and driven Director of Content to lead and inspire our dynamic creative team.

The Role

As Director of Content, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-performing content that supports business goals and drives measurable revenue growth. This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic thinker and a strong people manager with deep experience in content marketing, editorial leadership, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire a cross-functional team including writers, editors, social media specialists, and SEO experts.

• Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, industries, and formats (written, video, social, etc.).

• Drive performance by setting and analyzing key KPIs related to traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

• Oversee content initiatives for all current verticals and emerging categories within the home renovation space.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and report directly to the CEO on team performance, hiring progress, and growth plans.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the reach and impact of our content.

• Continuously refine and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and content quality.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in a senior content leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing content teams.

• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects across different platforms and verticals.
