We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This is a casual position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and has a strong background in high reach forklift operation, particularly using Toyota forklifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and receipting
• Operate forklifts (high reach and counterbalance) to move and store stock safely and efficiently
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations
• Check and inspect inwards goods
• Follow safety and handling procedures in all warehouse activities
• Assist with general warehouse duties as directed
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor

About You:

2+ years' experience operating high reach Toyota forklifts (required)
Confident operating counterbalance forklifts
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
Able to perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations
Basic to intermediate computer skills (rate yourself honestly on a scale of 1-10!)
Willing to start in a casual capacity with the view to grow into a permanent role
