$1,411 per week, $73,372 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation, full time, salaried position

Mix of day and night shifts in the regular roster

Regular consecutive rostered days off

About the Torrens Arms Hotel (the TA):

The TA has been an institution of quality and consistency in hospitality service for decades. Loved by locals from near and far, it features a fantastic indoor/outdoor area with huge LED bigscreen TV that's a great nightlife location and perfect for watching your favourite live sport. There's casual and table service dining options to provide choice of service styles, and a fantastic menu with a great range to choose from.

The TA is just about finished a significant renovation with a big expansion to the TA Bar outdoor area with a huge new screen, new kitchen and services, plus a renovation to all of the customer areas in the TA Bar, Lounge Bar, Restaurant, casual dining areas and a completely new Gaming room.

About the applicant:

We're looking for an experienced Hospitality attendant, preferably with some supervisory experience, that's looking for an opportunity to move into Duty Management and is considering a career in Hospitality. Ideally you'll have some natural leadership qualities that you have worked on during your school, University or sporting endeavours.

Ideally you have some passion for food or bar service and consider yourself a bit of an expert on table service, cocktails, South Australian wine, spirits or the range of local beers available from across Adelaide. You love to share your knowledge with your team and gain personal satisfaction from seeing those around you improve their skills.

Full training in the tasks you'll complete as a Duty Manager can be provided if you haven't had much or any prior experience.
