🧭 Your Day-to-Day

As Duty Manager, you’re a natural leader and the heartbeat of our Front Office. You’ll:

Lead the front desk team and ensure smooth daily operations

Be the go-to local expert, sharing neighbourhood tips and events

Resolve guest concerns with empathy and confidence

Monitor key performance metrics and drive positive outcomes

Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service

Be proficient across the various rooms, rates, packages, and promotions

Conduct routine inspections and take action where needed

Respond first in emergencies

You’ll also need:

Hotel front office/rooms division experience (leadership experience preferred)

Great problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills

Opera PMS knowledge

Confidence driving and parking vehicles (full licence required)

Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and holidays

Physical fitness for a hands-on role

Valid certifications: RSA, Food Safety, First Aid, and Responsible Person Badge

Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
