What You’ll Do:

- Motivate and develop a dynamic team by leading from the front to ensure exceptional patron experiences both at the Bar & Dining Araes, work the Bar and foster relationships with the locals.

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, this is a Hands-on Roll including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, staff recruitment, rostering, and customer assistance.

- Bring your passion for outstanding service to create memorable experiences for our guests.

- Contribute your creative ideas to help develop and grow our business as an integral part of our team.

What You’ll Need:

- Proven leadership experience in the hospitality or retail sector, ideally within food service, bars, and gaming.

- Strong ability to lead, develop, and coach a multi-skilled team.

- Operational experience to meet financial and business objectives.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Current RSA and RCG qualifications are required; Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred but not essential.
