We are seeking an experienced and highly organised SQE Manager (Safety, Quality & Environment) to lead our integrated management systems and compliance framework.

You will be responsible for maintaining our ISO certifications (9001, 45001, 14001), overseeing site and workshop safety practices, driving quality control, and ensuring we meet environmental, licensing and prequalification obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead WHS, environmental and quality systems across sites and workshops

Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 3834.2 compliance

Drive incident management, root cause investigations, CAPAs and safety training

Oversee internal audits, site inspections and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure EPA, WorkSafe and environmental licensing compliance

Manage certifications and accreditations: CC3, SSA Level 3, ISO, labour hire, builder licences, CSR/VicRoads/TFNSW/TMR prequalifications

Coordinate emergency planning, VOCs, toolbox talks, and training schedules

Track and coordinate maintenance of fleet, plant and facilities

Lead SQE reporting and promote a safety-first, quality-focused culture

What You'll Bring

Minimum 5 years in a Safety, Quality or Environmental management role

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 systems

Experience in construction or manufacturing environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications in WHS, Quality Systems, Environmental Science or Engineering
