The Role and responsibilities

As an Inspections / Leasing Officer, you will work closely with the Property Management team, our tenants and Owners to help ensure the investments we manage are being well looked after.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing applications

• Viewings- scheduling them in as enquiries are sent from PM

• Checking keys at each property attendance and auditing these

• Scheduling, conducting and closing Inspections

• Third party Inspections/ PCRs & Final Bonds as needed

• Closing off Inspections and reporting maintenance back to Property Manager

• Processing REX leads

• Hot and Cold Calling leads

• Advertising photos and 360 virtual tours as needed

• Assisting supervisor as needed
