As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a confident and friendly Leasing Officer to join our passionate property management team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally

Conduct open-for-inspections and private viewings of rental properties

Assist with rental application processing, including reference and background checks

Prepare and coordinate lease documentation and facilitate lease signings

Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation

Manage inspection scheduling, including routine and final inspections

Support the property management team with administrative tasks

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in residential leasing and/or property management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

High attention to detail with a professional and customer-first attitude

Agent’s Representative Certificate (Required)

Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Experience with Property Tree, MRI Inspect, or similar property software (preferred)

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to a team environment
