About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our team at Exeter Bakery Pty Ltd in Exeter, TAS 7275. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude

Assisting customers with product inquiries and orders

Handling cash and electronic payments in a efficient manner

Maintaining a tidy and organised customer service area

Restocking and replenishing product displays as needed

Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
